SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship islandwide in Singapore.
We provide complimentary doorstep courier service for all local orders unless otherwise stated.
Paid orders are processed and dispatched to our delivery partner within 2 working days.
Delivery is carried out from 9am to 10pm, Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and local public holidays (Singapore).
Due to the unique nature of our product all orders are sent via door to door courier.
All deliveries require signature upon receipt, if you would like to allocate for Authority To Leave, please let us know in writing at the time of placing your order - any ATL deliveries that are requested are the responsibility of the receiver and we cannot be held responsible for any orders that go missing due to this request. Please ensure if you opt for this that it is a safe location where you request the driver to leave your package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers as all deliveries need to be signed for.
Most orders will ship out within 1 - 3 working days of ordering. You will received an email notification when your order has been shipped. Items will generally reach you within 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We charge a flat delivery fee of $30 worldwide.
Overseas Registered Article (Airmail) will be used for international orders. You can track the delivery status of your parcel here.
All international orders will take about 4-20 working days to be delivered, depending on each individual destination.
RE-DELIVERY
Delivery time is not inclusive of verification and administrative process.
In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Âme Studio cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by our courier company.
